THIS MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT is made effective as of the purchase date (the "Effective Date") by and between Sales Transformation Group, LLC, a Delaware Corporation (the "Company"), and Conference Attendee (the "Grantor").
The Grantor, grants permission to Sales Transformation Group to use their image, testimonials, videos and or their company logo for any of the following:

Brochure(s)
Email(s)
Newsletter(s)
Publication(s)
Video(s)

The Grantor hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and the Grantor waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.

The Grantor has read this release and by purchasing the conference ticket accepts the terms of this release, and the Grantor fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. The Grantor understand that they are free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and the Grantor agrees that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

Note: Tickets are not refundable, in the event a ticket cannot be used, the amount will be credited to a future Sales Transformation Group Event.
